I had a smoothie made of blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, apples, banana and water. It was okay but too sweet so I won’t make it anymore. I could always change something… If I add less banana or not at all it won’t be that sweet anymore and I might like it better. I’ll try.

Half a kg of cherries, I ate the other half later but I don’t remember when. I don’t know how that happened but they weren’t as good as yesterday even thought I bought them at the same time and they even looked almost the same. Not long after I ate them I took April and went to a few stores because I was looking for some nice mirror to put above my fireplace. You know how hard it is to find something?! So many mirrors and so hard to find what I want. I found one I liked and bought it but I’ll go to one more place to check it out and if there’s something better I’ll buy one more and return the other one.

I made a salad! This time I added some beets and everything was awesome. I used the rest of kale so there wasn’t too much food, I’d have more. Anyways, it was very good. I put kale and half a beet, two tomatoes, one avocado, some lemon juice and sprinkled with hemp seeds.

Me and Nathan ate tortillas with couscous, avocado, tomatoes and we added some pinto beans. We didn’t have any lettuce anymore and Nate doesn’t really like red pepper (?!) so… Yeah, not too much food. And now, I didn’t cook the couscous, I just soaked it. Tortillas were raw and yes, beans were cooked but with nothing on them.

Comment of the day

“(…) it pisses me off that you talk about your diet so encouragingly and in such a good way, you talk about the positive sides (you show awesome blood work results, you talk about your skin, how you feel and so on), not mentioning any negatives at all that you probably don’t even notice because you’re so fascinated by this diet.”

Within last five months I didn’t notice any negatives, I still don’t. I listen to my body and I see what’s happening so I talk about it. Here on the blog I talk about my own experience that’s, I think, a good proof that I’m not ruining my health but I see positive changes only. If my hair started to fall off or I was dizzy I’d definitely pay attention to that and I’d repeat my tests but nothing like this is happening at all. I won’t tell you that I have an anemia if I don’t. Too bad you get upset by this but I just tell you how things are.
